Opportunity to coordinate all qualitative / quantitative / usability research conducted at IdeaBase – including ScanPath and the maintenance and scheduling of the lab and all of its equipment for the purpose of assisting faculty and students with research related to the field of usability. Work closely with students (graduate and undergraduate) in order to increase revenue, maintain efficient operations, and enhance the student experience. Reports to the Dean, College of Communication and Information.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science, Usability Studies, Information Architecture, User Experience Design or related disciplines, or equivalent knowledge and/or work experience. Minimum experience required is three (3) years conducting usability tests and managing a usability lab; background in business development and/or sales; and experience working with business clients.
